Is Samsung Galaxy S5 Superior to HTC One M8

New details emerge about the long-rumored HTC One M8. There is no doubt that its design, spec and features are quite similar to what we heard about ahead of launch. The good news is that Samsung’s Galaxy S5 is also landing in stores very soon. Both handset  have top-of-the-line, quad-core, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processors that support faster 4G LTE, faster Wi-Fi and faster processing of images compared with their predecessors.

The phones also come with almost the same screen size such as 5 inches for the HTC One (M8) and 5.1 inches for the Galaxy S5, with identical 1920 x 1080 resolutions. And both run the latest version of Google’s Android operating system.

Here’s why the Galaxy S5 is better than the HTC One (M8,)

•             The HTC M8 is not dust and waterproof, while the SGS5 is IP67 certified.

•             When it comes camera the Galaxy S5is better, with a higher amount of megapixels, quicker focus, and overall, “more professional.”

•             The HTC One M8 is not as user-friendly as the S5. Samsung’s flagship paired with childproof features, a removable battery and the new Ultra Power Saving Mode.

•             In terms of security, the HTC One M8 is not as secure as the S5. The M8 lacks a fingerprint scanner while the S5 has one, on top of KNOX.

Must say, HTC should learn or grab some of Samsung’s points especially in terms of applications. Recently these two popular companies are equally battling for customers’ attention in multiple markets. As per secret sources, the prebooking of Galaxy S5 has been started – the HTC One (M8) is already available in various markets.
